Absorbing the advantage of the capacitance measurement, then the paper presents a new acquisition method of capacitive output signal. So the sedimentary condition could be identified when the measured value of the pulverized coal concentration in the directly below measurement space is thicker than adjacent space over a threshold value, then the signal processing system give an alarm, prompting the operator take timely measures to adjust the condition to avoid the occurrence of the pipeline blockage.
