It is important to make sure the boiler work safely, it can guarantee the thermal power generation. There are many influence factors, this study about blow and pulverized coal in a pneumatic conveyor is one of them. How to give an alarm when the pulverized coal deposition emerges is obvious important, otherwise it will lead to the pipeline blockage or the flameout of the burner.Based on the existing technology, the paper makes up the effective method which can be applied to actual engineering measurement. Absorbing the advantage of the capacitance measurement, then the paper presents a new acquisition method of capacitive output signal. So the sedimentary condition could be identified when the measured value of the pulverized coal concentration in the directly below measurement space is thicker than adjacent space over a threshold value, then the signal processing system give an alarm, prompting the operator take timely measures to adjust the condition to avoid the occurrence of the pipeline blockage. |
