Research Of Process Model For Construction To Apply Luban Award

China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Referred to as "Luban Award") is the highest honor of project quality in China's construction industry, and represents the highest level of national construction. Luban Award has its stringent selection criteria and standards, there should be recommend, first instance, on-site review, expert review, public notice and many other links in selection activities, and requires the scale, technology, quality level, social and economic efficiency and so on in the engineering reach to the leading domestic level. At present, many works in the excellence process because of lack of preparation or study on Luban Award accreditation requirements is not deep enough, so that there can not be successfully excellence or even lost the award. In this paper, combined with problems that may occur in the project, we propose a process workflow model for construction to apply Luban Award, and design a construction process management system to apply Luban Award on the basis of the model to provide a guarantee for the project success.This paper introduced the selection criteria and assessment process of Luban Award, pointed out the deficiencies shown by the project which create Luban Award, and analyzed the key works in it. In the second part this paper describes the concept of workflow and workflow model, analyzed workflow modeling method and workflow management system, studied the aggregate demand in the process workflow model to apply Luban Award, and proposed model structure and organization structure model, process model, task allocation model, and at last simply analysis the reliability of the model. Finally, we designed and realized a process workflow management system to apply Luban Award, introduced the overall design scheme and database scheme, and specially discussed the key technique.Following works have been carried out:(1) This paper proposed a process workflow model for construction to apply Luban Award. According to the assessment of Luban Award, we analyzed the key works in the whole process, and mapped them into the process workflow model;(2) This paper take the information elements into construction,designed a Luban Award process management system that used to guide quality control, documentation, declaration and review in the whole process works.Through the analysis of actual case, the process management system this paper designed helps the construction to apply Luban Award with planning, quality control and documentation, and has some theory significance and applicable value.
