Application Research Of Workflow Mining Technology In Enterprise Internal Control

The enterprise financial fraud outbreaking frequently cause internal control as a hot topic of global concern, with the depth study of internal control theory, various internal control specifications have emerged, The Minstry of Finance,Audit Commission and other departments also jointly promulgated internal control specification in conformity with a Chinese-Enterprise-type in 2008. These control norms in the form of regulations lead the enterprise how to make the internal control integration into the operation management, supervision and controling business activity. However, at present the enterprise carrying out internal control just added the concept of internal control to the writing forms of operational description. This form of internal control more dependents on the quality of employees, can not finding malpractice timely and dramatically reducing the results of internal control.In order to ensure proper and prompt implementation of the enterprise internal control specifications, not only achieving concept of internal control integrated into business management in administering, but also needed to protect a reasonable business process model in technological. Workflow mining as a new technology and framework can ensure authenticity and robustness of the business process model, integrated the strict and complex internal control environment. A period of informationization in many enterprises have got lots of achievements, which can bring workflow mining in daily management to build workflow mining framework of enterprise based on process. It can reflect to internal control application in enterprise management, and implement internal control standard in business process for realization of process management and business process reengineer.In the paper, deep analytical research the operation principle of workflow mining technology, especially the log pretreatment, mining algorithm, intermediate model system design and process validation. Based on it BPR framework with workflow mining in internal control is presented. In the end, the feasibility and correctness of workflow mining application in internal control has been verified through an example.
