Along with the quick development of information technology and internet, information management systems have been widely used in many industries. In order to manage inner affairs and provide services to customers, enterprises and organizes established many information management systems. Because of the variety of solutions and the continuity of enterprise development, systems developed on different platforms with different technology exist at the same time. These systems become the isolated information islands and can't communicate efficiently. How to let these systems cooperating with each other is an important problem. This paper introduced an integration of two application based-on tuxedo and J2EE mid-ware by using XML and provides a low cost, extendable, reusable solution for enterprise applications integration. The base of this solution is XML format communication protocol on TCP/IP.
