| After more than a century of development,air conditioning system from the beginning can only meet the human air temperature requirements,and gradually developed to meet the human air temperature,humidity,cleanliness,wind speed and other requirements;The application of automatic control theory in control system enables the air conditioning equipment to achieve the accurate adjustment to the air condition;In terms of building energy consumption,it shows great energy saving potential through reasonable structural design.Based on the design project of a park management office building in Jinan,this thesis designs a new set of air conditioning control system,to realize the air temperature,humidity regulation and the improvement of the air environment in the building,and through appropriate structure design,on the basis of the above as much as possible to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system,which reflecting the green design concept.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the purpose and significance of this topic which chooses the air conditioning system,introduces the composition and classification of typical air conditioning systems and the current research.Secondly,this thesis describes the thermodynamic theories of air conditioning,the control tasks of air conditioning system and the control principles of application.Then multi-stage temperature and humidity treatment was designed in the air conditioning system structure,and the transfer function of the control system is obtained based on the air treatment equipment’ mathematical model and control characteristics.According to the coupling of temperature and humidity in the control process,a feedforward compensator is designed to eliminate the coupling and realize the independent control of temperature and humidity.Finally,the electrical design,program design,PC software design is completed according to the overall design scheme,and through debugging and running in the field,the air conditioning system has achieved the desired effect on the following aspects such as air filter,temperature and humidity,indoor environment regulation,which meeting the design requirements. |
