The paper researched about Multi-channel Flight Data Acquisition Card and its design and implementation, including the system design, data acquisition strategy design, information storage records and so on. Analysis of the data collection objects characteristics and acquisition requirements depth, based on this proposed system design program, developed a multi-channel flight data acquisition system based on the FPGA and DSP, the test system has advantages of small size, low power consumption, multi-channel, multi-parameter and intelligent, can measured near space vehicle in fight to the entire process of penetration of the various dynamic parameters in real-time records and also collected data via the USB interface to send to the host computer, introducted of the system components and the control principle using DSP, studied data acquisition system part of the main data path, data path design 1553B, 12-channel pulse signal, optical encoder signal channel, 4 channel serial data, control section focuses on the response to the recent multi-spacecraft flight parameters of which the data acquisition strategy designed to ,and simulate some part of the FPGA logic. This paper studied the reliability of the test system, from the acquisition signal integrity, power integrity, and even the adverse circumstances adaptability of the whole system.Finally, studied the Multi-channel system, carried out a variety of simulation experiments.
