With the rapid development and widespread application of the network bank, USBKEY as the most effective intelligent key equipment, has been popularized and applied by each major banks. USBKEY as a financial security areas of digital signature effective carrier, it can be applied to any need identification field. besides USBKEY can use to digital signature in which need to identity authentication, also it can expand other functions (such as using USBKEY solve software piracy problem).Anyway, USBKEY muti_functionalized will be the trend of the development in future. In this paper, We design a USBKEY with wireless pay function and complete the whole system hardware and software design base on full study of USBKEY technology and the popular Contactless cards technology nowadays.This USBKEY with wireless pay function system expands the application of common USBKEY, it makes the USBKEY not only has signature and verification like common KEY but also has pay function like electronic purse. It has the following two application modes:1.USBKEY application modeIn this mode, Using the good interconnected characteristics between USBKEY and bank CARDS, the USBKEY system with pay function besides has signature and verification function, it also Can bind the electronic purse account with bank CARDS and realize transfer and network pay, and other functions.2.Electronic purse application modeIn this mode, USBKEY can simulate into a card, it can use a real CARDS (such as bus card, etc.)after code replication by operators. It can realize the online and not on-line credit card payment features in the terminal with NFC function..The design can be divided into two parts,software and hardware. Hardware is composed of Clock circuit design,Power solutions design,USB interface circuit design,SPI Flash storage module circuit design,RF modules antenna design and commissioning,ISO7816 master-slave interface circuit of the design, etc; software is composed of USB initialization functions (including USB enum process analysis), USB sending and receiving functions, SPI interface drive function, ISO7816 interface drive function, RF modules drivers, USBKEY RSA algorithms signature function。After the simulation test of USB interface communication and algorithm signature function testing Antenna data transceiver testing。The results of the fatigue test and high and low temperature alternating hot and humid test suggest that the circuit can work stable too.
