Testing And Evaluation Of Bus Comfort Based On Labview

The development of economy brings people's lifestyle changing. The growing service quality requirements of people put forward the new challenge to the operation and development of public transport. Convenient, quick and comfortable transportation became a priority for most people. How to improve the bus service quality is a direct question for transit enterprises. The bus comfort research can promote bus environmental improving, can provide scientific guidance for the improvement of bus service quality. Therefore, the research of bus comfort has positive significance. The paper based on the scientific method of system evaluation analysised the main influencing factors within the system, and combined with subjective evaluation and objective detection methods to evaluate the bus comfort using the hundred percentage point system, realized the overall evaluation of the bus comfort.This paper mainly does the following several works:(1) The related influence factors of bus comfort was analyzed. Five evaluation indexes of bus comfort were determined as the buses crowded degree, temperature, noise, vibration and vertical acceleration.(2) The selecting principle for the evaluation indexs of comfort was analyzed.Through comparative analysising the existing evaluation standard of all the evaluation indexes, A suitable evaluation method for each evaluation index of the system was determined.(3) Using subjective survey,analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and correlation matrix evaluation methods to determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation index, the mathematical model of the whole evaluation system was established according to the evaluation method of every index.(4) A overall design for the evaluation system was given, system files were managed by application project management tools. The hardware equipment of data acquisition module was confirmed,and the system application programming interface was designed, Then the event structure subroutine was used to handle each function.(5) Data collection of each index was realized by using USB 5935 data acquisition card and PC sound card. The collected data was analyzed in data analysis platform, finally evaluating value of each index and the overall evaluation value was obtained. The testing and evaluation of bus comfort based on Labview is to detect the number of passenger, temperature, noise, vibration and vertical acceleration rate of bus,and make analysis and evaluation for the above five indicators. The evaluation system uses online signal acquisition and off-line analysis manner, Signal analysis module can not only analyze the collected signal from data acquisition module in the system, but also can analyze the measurement files collected by other instruments. and can respectively analysis the measurement files of evaluation index. This way greatly improve the application scope of the system.
