As the Smartphone operating system continues to develop, more and more mobile phones service come into application, Smartphone get access to people's lives step by step. Buying lottery tickets by mobile phone is becoming the way many players prefer to select. At present, the purchase of lottery tickets is mainly through the lottery service station. Purchasing lottery through mobile phone could only provide digital-based lottery through sending SMS. No such software or service could solve the problem that the clients could buy scratch lottery tickets anytime and anywhere. Type of lottery ticket types and numbers and other ticket types such as two color than scratch tickets need to transfer pictures, in view of the limited transmission speed of 2G network caused by mobile phones is still not a scratch lottery ticket purchased software. As China's 3G era, the strong support of 3G networks to obtain the phone under the new definition, not just complete the call and send information. It can be used as a terminal to achieve barrier-free real-time information exchange with the Internet server. More and more the emergence of smart phones, there are more and more applications available to the general user. This thesis is based on the Android platform and 3G network, designs and actualizes scratch lottery service system through phone. Through the application, data security analysis and research on the Android mobile platform carry out.This system send application to the servers through phone and the server respond to the application message, then send lottery tickets check to the phone clients. The clients can scratch the coverage of the lottery tickets through click the screen, check the information. The research background was first introduced and then a contrast and analysis was carried out. Further the author carries out a deliberate analysis on the characteristic, framework and working mechanization of Android system, then illustrate the strongpoint of the Android system on the phone operation system. This thesis bring about the detailed framework, carry out analysis on the correspondence protocol and correspondence mechanization then design and actualize the formulating module of the system's client end. Aiming at the current security problem of the correspondence data and combining the characteristics of the system, the author put forward the scheme that combine the two data encryption calculation methods AES and RSA, and encrypt the data platform for Android.Scratch Ticket Client for Mobile Device can buy lottery tickets at any time and place, and more conducive to electronic evidence preservation. Mobile phone users to spread information on the real-time view the winning situation.The interface of this system is friendly designed and the operation is convenient, security and portability is well served. Through deployment and the test by simulator, the system can run steadily, can meet the requirements of the clients for the service of buying scratch lottery tickets, and make the scratch lottery tickets paperless.
