Relevant Researches On Instant-open Type Of Electronic Lottery Issuing Scheme

With the improvement of living condition and the speeding pace of life,the electronic lottery is accepted by more and more people, under the background of fast developing of electronic commerce, buying the electronic lottery through the Internet and cellphone will be a big trend. At present lottery can be divided into fixed time type of traditional lottery and instant-open type of lottery, most studies are focused on the traditional lottery,we select instant-open type of electronic lottery as study object,and design the scheme through sales outlets and mobile phone.Based on the analysis of previous schemes,the main contributions are as follows:(1) This paper proposes an instant-open type of electronic lottery issuing scheme, the winning numbers and bonus are set in advance of issuing the lottery by lottery issuers, setting the winning numbers and content of lotteries based on the difficulty of solving the discrete logarithm problem,it realizes selling the lottery specifically by utilizing the signcryption,the information of winning could be verified publicly by applying Hash function.In terms of security,there are many properties in the scheme,such as specify, un-forgeable,privacy,publicly verification and so on.(2) In analysis the properties of instant-open type of lottery, which the content of lotteries is image ,this paper designs an image encryption algorithm satisfying the properties based on chaotic sequence,and encrypts the content of lotteries by applying this algorithm,we propose an instant-open type of electronic lottery issuing scheme based on image encryption.We prove that the encryption and the scheme satisfy the security reguirement of instant-open type of lottery by making simulative experiment.(3) In analysis the general properties of instant-open type of cellphone lottery, WAP security model and WPKI, this paper proposes an instant-open type of cellphone electronic lottery issuing scheme based on WAP.In this scheme, lottery issuers set the winning numbers and bonus in advance of issuing the lottery, and set the winning numbers and content of lotteries based on the difficulty of solving the elliptic curve discrete logarithms problem, the public key cryptography uses elliptic curve cryptography(ECC), the information of winning could be verified publicly by utilizing Hash function,based on resolving the problem of WAP security vulnerability,it realizes encashing the bonus flexibly by applying WAP security vulnerability.
