With the development of computer and network technology,network technology is introduced into the field of industrial control.on the one hand, the combination of on-site control and upper management,can realize the seamless integration between office automation industrial automation;other hand,network information transferring can be achieved by remote control in harsh industrial site Environment.With the rapid development of IT technology and the increasing requirements of industrial automation,the responsibility of industrial control network is creasing.Being different from the data network,the industrial control field needs a kind of network in high real-time,openness,stability and accuracy.Ethernet technology is almost compatible with all network protocols, with a high transmission speed, low energy consumption,easy installation,good compatibility,high opening up and support a lot of equipment and so on,so it is widely used in the data networks.In recent years,with the development of network technology,industrial control fields has become increasingly demanding a higher performance on the network,Ethernet is gradually entering the field of industrial control,and has become a new type of Ethernet control network technology.This paper describes the background and significance of the subject, and the development of industrial Ethernet protocols and embedded network protocols.Depending on the requirements on industrial Ethernet of Multi-protocol control strategy,real-time scheduling,network management,system design and other technical requirements.has analysised industrial Ethernet-based multi-protocol system's requirements,designed a system software for multi-protocol network communication and communication protocol board for running it.a variety of network protocols can be embedded in the communication board,and based on actual demand protoco can be embedded or removed.This article focuses on describing the core part of the software, TCP/IP protocol suite,SERCOSIII protocol.In the system every input and output signals is treated as a task by the way of Task-oriented.and proposes a mechanism of task scheduling system for a variety of tasks to be achieved effectively.a lot of description in system hardware selection and every functional modules.
