This paper attempts to research on the issue of c and trustworthiness of management system to using of USB storage media in secret network environment, and the main results concluded as follows:1. Analyze the current management status and problem to using of USB storage media in secret network environment, and then propose a solution which trusted software technology will be used for management of USB storage media in secret network environment;2. According to the characteristics of mobile storage media management, adopting Identity Authentication to USB storage media besides Identity Authentication to the holder of USB storage media though the technology of fingerprint recognition and one-time password, to solve the issue of data leakage in cross-use and mixed-use of USB storage media in secret network environment;3. Design a kind of trusted chain model within software system in which trustworthy components are as trusted root, to make trustworthiness could be transferred within the system; and a kind of multi-level security policies which combine security policies of the driver layer and application layer, to strengthen access control of confidential information;4. Implement the system login process and the encryption and decryption process in file-filter driver using C++, construct software and evaluate trustworthiness of the system by cognitive-evidence-based trustworthiness guarantee and evaluation model, enhance the trustworthiness of the system;5. Test the system and analyze its trustworthiness, experimental and analytical results show that the system meets the definition "confirmed " trustworthy level in the model.
