Network Teaching Platform is the technical foundation for network teaching. With the richness of teaching resources and the depth of network application, it gradually became the focus of Network Teaching Platform that how to effectively manage and utilize resources to provide personalized services and improve the user experience. Networks can provide a variety of presentation, a variety of learning resources, multiple channels of information processing mode, and a wealth of dialogue, hold the breakthrough educational resource constraints, the implementation of the potential of individualized to meet the different level of intelligence, different learning levels, students with different learning styles and learning needs of information needs. The power network can form a variety of forms of learning communities, such as teachers and students community, the Community Learning Partnership, the area of classroom learning with real learning community, so as to place the learner's understanding of cooperation in knowledge, time clock in the environment. It is precisely because the real learning community provides habitat vein, the Chinese medicine profession of learners in the learning of tacit knowledge such as traditional Chinese medicine only when operating more with the in-depth understanding of, access to knowledge.The design of a network technology is based on the RIA of teaching platform. RIA is being considered as a effective way to enhance the user experience by many people now. In this paper, and designed a web-based RIA technology platform for interactive teaching module, a layered system architecture, common modules, the use of Flash Builder development framework for module development, desktop applications, interactive features and web applications combined with the broad deployment of the line, to provide a friendly learning experience learners, improve teaching quality and network efficiency. In a RIA application, the user can not only browse information, submit an application such as web, RIA can request asynchronous to calculate the user to send and return data on the various parts of the screen re-draw, in a more efficient and timely manner using sound and video, and so on, and all these operations may be completed independently of the server or the background. RIA technology-based learning platform to increase the learner's use of sensory experience. The learning platform is available as a platform for self-learning tool for learners, but also can assist teachers in their daily teaching.
