When earthquakes, tsunamis and other emergencies occurred, the airdrop is used in the first scene by the characteristics of accuracy and agility. Since airdrop test takes too much manpower and material resources, and effects by the venue, time, weather and other reasons, so, it is necessary to use modern high-tech computer to simulate the airdrop process. At home and abroad, many organizations research the simulation of various parachute systems in the airdrop and airborne, such as three-dimensional animated simulation of complete aircraft landing and spacecraft recovery, etc. This paper mainly researches the simulation of material trajectory at the extravehicular spacesuit, and simulates the process of dropping supplies by three-dimensional animation. Finally, summarize the full text, and point out that the next step needs to be done. In this paper, the workflow is as follows:Firstly, analyzed the research status and development trend of three-dimensional animated simulation applications in the airdrop and airborne, and thought how to use Direct3D simulative the process of dropping supplies.Secondly, researched airdrop systems and movement, then split the entire movement into several sub-stages, and then was directed to airdrop system modeling and simulation, solved the equations of motion in series, and given results of system model simulation.Thirdly, designed aircraft and parachutes model by 3ds Max and DirectX, integrated both to achieve the simulation process in VC++6.0 development environment.Finally, the object-oriented programming skills are applied to design the simulation system. Moreover, parachute system components were packaged into 3D solid model libraries, which lead to high maintainability and strong scalability.Based on Direct3D technical principles with Visual C++compiler environment and DirectX SDK tool, the software of" Supplies Air-drop 3D Animated Simulation System" is implemented in the framework of MFC. The simulation and experiment shown the whole system is effectively.
