Network supervision is a popular trend among contemporary Chinese keywords. The internet has facilitated the emergence of a great majority of Chinese citizens' freedom of expression. Network supervision is a form of expression of public opinion through the internet to monitor the behavior of the government. It is a breakthrough in the way people monitor their authorities, because of the internet's rapid distribution of information. Network supervision not only protects the identity of the citizens, it also promotes social equality and justice.In previous circumstances, the network has monitored the progress of certain court cases causing and hastened hearing of the court case, an example of the restraint on social corruption and the defense of justice.We also have to realize that some characteristics of the network itself will bring unwarranted influence on social supervision. An abuse of network supervision can cause distribution of false information causing damage to the reputation and privacy of the individual(s). It may also cause interference with the impartiality of the jury, judges, or the court. Therefore regulation of network monitoring must be used in order to effectively restrain corruption and have a positive influence.This article is divided into five parts. The first, is a description of what social corruption is, and a simple analysis of the causes.. The second part discusses network monitoring and it's features.The third section details the effects of network monitoring on anti-corruption functions, and gives an analysis of two aspects. The first aspect covers the positive effect, such as the advantages of network in the fight against corruption. The second aspect reveals the negative effects of network monitoring and the series of problems caused by improper use, for instance the network inspired violence, and invasion of privacy. The fourth part of the article discusses the actual situation in our country, in making obstacles towards network monitoring and the realization of anti-corruption. The fifth part discusses network monitoring and its capabilities to achieve the restraint of corruption; to address the fourth part of the question. The preliminary ideas and proposals put forward here are to improve network monitoring and laws for system construction in order to improve the supervision of our citizens, and the right to play the role of social decay prevention, to keep a fair and just society on the road ahead!...
