In the current Internet age with the explosive growth of the information, there is growing recognition that the traditional information organization, such as classification, subjects, tags, and keyword search engine and other applications under the World Wide Web technology did not bring fundamental change to the content's reveals and effectiveness organizations. In this condition, we need revolutionary change for the web design concept. Urgently, people need a semantic search technology to help them to complete a simple operation of information organization, information retrieval, information browsing and and other complex search tasks. Thus, research on the semantic search system theory, effective technology and ease of use interactive mode is to be of great practical significance and value subject. In this paper, proposed a semantic search agent concept that based on the Semantic Web. In addition to exploring the semantic search agent implementation mechanism, we will also study it with the ultimate end-users of the interactive mode, the product interface prototyping, and the optimal user experience model, to make the semantic search technology go out of the lab becoming a real product to the majority of Internet users, and bringing new applications and developments for the Information organization and access on the internet.This paper analyzes the semantic search development and application trend, discussion the semantic search mechanism and its implementation structure, investigated the behavior features of internet search users, make the semantic search agent product's user interaction modeling method, and achieve the semantic search agent product interface prototyping of the client part. Finally, realize the ultimate interactive design, that allowing users to complete a simple operation of the information organization, information retrieval, information browsing and access and other complex search tasks. In the study process, this subject used mainly research methods such as comprehensive analysis, user research, project racking, design testing, combined with theoretical analysis and experimental verification, it build a research framework and model. What's more, combined with the specific user research data and the interface examples, this subject proposed practical design strategy and design principles.This paper was comprised of six chapters. Chapter one introduced the research background, contents, methods, framework and the research value of this subject. Chapter two analyzed the technique and application examples of Semantic Web. The third chapter is the research on the semantic search user behavior, and research on the data analysis. Chapter four proposed the semantic search agent product design concept and build a semantic search agent user interaction model. Chapter five applied a model testing and experiment design, demonstrating the research theory's effectiveness and applicability. In the last chapter, it gave summaries and the application prospects.
