Design And Implementation Of Telecom Investment Benefit Evaluation Model

With the continuous development of the telecommunications industry, Telecom services spread widly. So Telecom investment evaluation work are more and more onerous, in addition the complexity of data management and difficult to maintain, increase the difficult of the work of investment benefit evaluation. So, how to assess the effectiveness of Telecom investment project effectively and quickly, has become an urgent problem. To meet the needs of the Telecom Research Institute assessment of investment for computer automation, our laboratory co-operation with China Telecom Beijing Research Institute has developed a model based on the Telecom investment evaluation.According to this system features and performance requirements, this paper has do some research in Windows component technology and high iteration polynomial algorithm, use data structure, modeling and other technical problems into the practical,application of mathematical modeling, analysis algorithm applied to computer data processed, to achieve the investment performance evaluation based on scientific and efficient way to solve practical problems.This paper analyzes the function demand of this module for the Telecom Research Institute, and discussed the related technologies to be used; and then introduce the model framework, according to the function can be divided into various sub-module; and discussed the design and each module implementation in detail, to provide users with flexible features, security in data management and convenient.In designing the system, from a practical user point of view, the software is put into practical use and have gained good feedback from users. Finally, the test results of the system, and made a summary some ideas for improvement.
