Evaluation System Of TD-SCDMA Wireless Network

With the expansion of TD-SCDMA network, the quality of network has been proved to be the critical influence of TD-SCDMA development, and been emphasized by the customers. There is a requirement of scientific and comprehensive network evaluation and optimization method. In purpose of solving this problem, this paper builds the TD-SCDMA wireless network evaluation system.After analysis of key points and difficulties in TD-SCDMA network construction, the paper points out the mistake of using the evaluation method that inherited from GSM network, and puts forward the evaluation system of TD-SCDMA in consideration of user satisfaction and network quality which is emphasized by operator. The main jobs of this paper are the proposal of evaluation system, detailed analysis of KPIs, and the measurement method.At the end, an example is given on the basic of multiple synthetical evaluation model and hypothetical data. By the network evaluation satisfaction index is calculated out, the theoretical method with feasibility has been built up for the network evaluation and optimization work.Innovation points:1. The proposal of evaluation system including network structure evaluation, network coverage evaluation, network capacity evaluation, network quality evaluation and network resources evaluation; 2. The proof of abuse on the evaluation method that inherited from GSM network, by data analysis of GSM and TD-SCDMA;3. The application of multiple synthetical evaluation model.
