| The working process of oilfield multipurpose station is to turn the high water crude oil in measuring houses and transfer stations to low water crude oil. The process includes testing and control of several parameters such as free water, sedimentation tank, buffer and level of tank, pressure and temperature of process point, flow, power off current. Therefore, it is important to achieve auto-monitoring of oilfield multipurpose station processes, smooth operation and optimal control.This paper is based on the project of Multipurpose station of La-Ⅲ-Ⅰin Cai-ShanⅥfactory in DaQing, the design of computer monitoring system and control flow of oil digging multipurpose station is studied. Takes high performance industrial PC as upper host computer, with high reliable PLC and intelligent I/O module constituting the control station of in-site collection. By this way it turns to be a small microcomputer monitoring and controlling system. The design of oil digging multipurpose station is based on classical PID controller, the communication between PLC of SLC500 series, upper host computer, remote I/O module and remote device is also studied. The design of the monitoring system is composed of hardware design and software design, hardware design is composed of decision of making I/O point number of PLC, right PLC picking, measuring meter picking, etc. The software design is mainly using Rslogix500 to program and design monitoring interface including technology process, parameter settings, alarm record, historical trends, report record, etc by using RSView32TM.Oilfield extraction multipurpose station studied in this paper, since it has been put into operation, data detection is accurate, control of the oil-water interface is smooth, industrial accidents have not occurred, production has been running smoothly.
