This paper main study and analyses the power plant control mode, control system general design scheme, the DCS control scope, function, system structure and hardware configuration of GE S109FA single shaft combine cycle power plant control system. This paper introduces also the basic principle and internal structure of gas turbine control system MarkVI Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR), the main control function, protect function and sequence control function of Markā…„. And configuration schemes of LCI static starter would be compared and selected in engineering.This paper introduces the communication function, communication signal interface and hardwired signal interface between MarkVI and OVATION DCS, and backup emergent button design scheme of combine cycle power plant. Analyses the inducement of ubiquitous failure of communication between MarkVI and OVATION DCS and give a doable settle scheme. This paper bring forward several detailed design control scheme of MarkV upgrade to MarkVIe, it may be helpful to engineering design.
