Undoubtedly, At present Tourism has become one of Strong industry in the world. The development of the computer science and the information technology is the Strong power to promote tourism boom. Travel information system is the product of Tourism combined with information technology and computer science. It can greatly improve the service level of the tourism industry, the management level of tourism industry, thus speeding up the pace of tourism development. The 3d tourism information system designed by this paper add the 3-d browsing function compared with the before. Through the structural of function module , database and the model base and through the integration of Tongjing's Tourism resources and service information for tourism; meanwhile using the Skyline techniques and so on; the paper according to the different needs of different users has established personalized tourism information system that has complete function and runed fastly. Thus the system can provide for tourists the query for all sorts of tourism information, the virtual reality of Tongjing, the choose of travel route and for managers or the server the measure for distance, the location of service facilities, the comparison of the plan for Tongjing. The main research contents of paper are as follows :①The Tongjing village tourism resources of existing were introduced . Through the analysis of the background, the paper has established the tourism theme of Tongjing and further planning②The concept, the features, the composition, the development history, the work procedure of the related technical for establishing 3d travel information system were introduced.
