Sabei developmental zone has entered the stage of third-infilling and polymer upward-returning. Therefore, the amount of wells newly-drilled increases annually. There are 200-300 wehs that need to be programmed for infilling and adjusted about the perforation plan. And 150 wells are going to adopt reperforating program.From the view of programming process, first of all, people should draw sedimentary facies diagram combined with the research of fine geology and then mark all kinds of relevant information on the diagram, such as the data about new wells water-swept, old wells perforation layers, dynamic information, static information, casing damages, measures over the years, isotope, annulus and so on. In addition, people make each program once; the data will need to be re-labeled. This process costs large amount of manual work and data reused rate is low. Due to the poor standard of manual operation, it is likely to cause the condition about missing marking and wrong marking. It will directly influence the discrimination accuracy of the remaining oil. Meanwhile, greatly influenced by human factors, the analysis and judgments of remaining oil will be different. As the well patterns are further infilled, distribution patterns of sedimentary sand body change greatly, the link and combination status between wells becomes more and more complex, and the interpretive and discriminated accuracy of remaining oil is only about 50%, which cannot meet the demands about tapping the potential of remaining oil in extra high water cut period. So when people make perforation programs, they will by-well and by-layer consider many factors in layer systems and well patterns, which causes the workload to comprehensive analysis of remaining oil further increased.From the view of production needs, as the oilfield has entered the period of high water cut, it is more and more difficult to tap the potential, especially the low potential of infilling adjustment. The conflict on poor governance of inefficient wells becomes increasingly prominent, so the accuracy about making programming demands to be enhanced. From the view of enterprise development, seeking cost-effective and avoiding human waste, both are the inevitably trends in enterprise development.From the view of range on computer applications, computer auxiliary decision system has been applied in many fields. Till now, we have already had much relevant information, of which are still not made full use. As the computer technology develops further advanced, it will inevitably extend to the field of programming and completion data management.Development department of Daqing Oilfield Company has listed this achievement as the important work project in 2004. It is mainly responsible for realizing approval and circulation of completion data on net, report statistics, report summary and report print. This system is B/S (browsers/servers) mode, which involves geological department, engineering department, perforation department in oil sub companies and development department in Oilfield Company. This achievement greatly solves the problem of scattered data difficult to share. At the same time, in the report module, people integrate the existing production data, which can shorten the time of report processing and enhance the work efficiency.People propose project research report object to the computer applications on perforation programming, business process information transferring and function management. It is designed to take full advantage of existing knowledge, experience and database so as to complete perforation programming automatically, normatively manage data, reports, and construct, share database system. Therefore, it can improve the identification accuracy of remaining oil, reduce staff work intensity, improve the speed and level of programming so as to meet the demands of future productivity construction and reduce the waste on manpower and material resources in working circulation.This achievement mainly includes perforation geology design and perforation crafts design in oil sub companies, perforation construction design, drawdown data sheet, completion handover book in development department and 12 completion sheets and so on.In design, this achievement fully complies with the management provisions drafted by development department, which realizes comprehensive programming by applying c#, PL/SQL, HTML, JAVASCRIPT in NET frame. The detailed data layers adopt PL/SQL writing stored procedures running in the database server; the logic layers adopt c# running in application server; the client interfaces display HTML, JAVASCRIPT processing.The development of this project focuses on the actual working ideas and business operation processes. It is an integrated system that is cored as the perforation (reperforation) expert programming system, supported by unit sedimentary facies distribution map convert system and discriminated analysis of remaining oil, targeted as perfect function and convenient operation, principled as the man-computer exchange, serving in the whole process of the perforation programming. The professional technicians just operate mouse and make dialogues with the system so as to acquire all needed information. While helping technicians to think accurately, the system will give the conclusion Yes or No and make hints about the difficult layers according to stored experiences, knowledge, methods and modes.According to the requirements of development applications, this achievement of this project study has four functions. First, at the early period of programming, it will provide technical support and data preparation, mainly including sedimentary facies distribution map convert system, realizing serialization and visualization, predicting the distribution of remaining oil by vague mode, making statistics about controlling extent about water flooding. Second, when programming, it provides man-computer exchange expert system, mainly including third encryption expert system, second-category oil layer expert system, and injection-production adjustment expert system. Third, at the late period of programming, it needs functions such as inspection, revision, approval, compiling, printing and drawing of the corresponding diagrams, mainly including man-computer confirmation, approval of the report presentation, perforation well map, compiling and printing of the notice about the perforation depth and the newly-perforated layer marks. Fourth, it is the period of management about the completion information. It realizes the four functions:project design, quality supervision, information feedback, report management mainly according to the transfer process of the business information.The development and study of this project, by the Internet technology, achieves the comprehensive management method integrated geological design, technical design, organization of construction, quality supervision, information feedback, functional report as a whole from the view of business function management. It regulates the business process and information transfer process, realizes share and application of data management, reduce the waste of human and material resources so as to enhance work efficiency and complete work on time. From the view of specific content, there are five emphases.First, it solves the problem of issue and circulation about the design plan on net by existing net.Second, it solves the problem about quality supervision management during the perforation process.Third, it solves the problem about establishment and application of reports from functional management department.Fourth, it solves the problem about the information feedback from the perforation construction department.Fifth, it solves the problem about the connection between relevant professional software and perforation completion management system.
