Summary of seismic data storage technology in seismic exploration techniques, computer storage technology and computer networks, integration of technology, network and computer storage technology development to improve the effectiveness of seismic data storage, so as to promote the further development of the collection and processing technology. This study by a block of three-dimensional seismic processing, apply the StorNext file system management SAN network disk summarized with StorNext software storage SAN network storage technologies can increase the speed of processing efficiency and seismic data storage.Comparison of seismic data storage technology in China and abroad development situation, neither the software nor the hardware there is a big gap, acquisition of seismic instruments in research and development and also is developing seismic processing software, mastering advanced networked storage technologies, automated tape library technology is essential for the development of domestic processing software. Computer networking and storage technology is developing rapidly, seismic data storage technology is adjusted accordingly, to keep the computer technology combining the characteristics of seismic data storage, application to seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation, enhancing the efficiency of petroleum seismic exploration.
