Due to its application value and practical significance, enterprise informalization construction is the key point of information management research all the time. Traditional deployment service management model has brought a series of issues including asynchronous job information, incomplete data, ineffective response to customers, lost task and system impact. In order to provide unified and standardized deployment services for global SAS research and development centers, it is crying for an efficient information management system which is able to take place of traditional management model and achieve the goal of optimizing service quality, improving deployment efficiency and reducing management cost.Based on the study and research for open source framework mvnForum. design patterns and other theories and technologies, this paper presents the development process and application effect of Deployment Service Request System after combining with the actual procedure of SAS company deployment service. During developing system and writing paper, my main work can be summarized as follows:(1) Participate in the whole process of system requirements elicitation and analysis; on the basis of research background and project overview, this paper analyzes the functional requirements and quality requirements of this system.(2) Participate in the whole process of global system design; this paper describes the global design in three aspects of general framework, system architecture and data model.(3) Accomplish the major functions of service request module, deployment task module and report management module:for these three modules, this paper describes the specific design and implementation process in detail.During operation and trial operation, each module shows complete functions, fine performances and stable operation, this system meets the primary requirements and achieves the goal of optimizing the whole process of deployment service. Through data analysis and chart comparison, this paper shows application effects and practical significance of this system in terms of deployment workload, task status and average work hours for some solution.
