With the popularization and application of Internet technology, the quality of serviceof network business have have attracted much attention in the field of networkcommunications services. But the network resources are always limited, as long as thesituation snatch network resources exist, there will be requirements to guarantee networkquality of service. To ensure the quality of service of some business, while others may beat the expense of quality of service in the same time. For example, in the large-scalenetwork applications, there is a lot of business need to queue for processing, it has to bepriority for a particular important business, and allocate more bandwidth. Therefore, thenetwork administrator needs to rational allocaea and plan the network resources based onthe characteristics of business to ensure the quality of services, and thus makeing moreefficient use of network resources.In order to solve the management problem of service quality of virous l businessin the network, the system requirements are analyzed at first according to the softwareengineering method. The quality of network service management system implementedin this paper is composed of QoS equipment management, QoS resource management,QoS task deployment management and business deployment management. The systemuse case diagrams of the four parts are displayed. According to the characteristics ofQoS management, the QoS resource is divided into flow classification, flow behaviorand flow Strategy creatively. Thus, the system provides a simple and reliable solutionfor the QoS task deployment.Then we design the whole system. Considering thesituation which the system is base on a large-scale of network management system, wedecided to adopt the B/S structure and use the popular three layer architecture andJ2EE framework. Based on this architecture, we integrate lots of open sourcemiddleware, greatly simplify the development process.And then we design thefunctions of each modules and display the corresponding flow chart. The HighChart isadopted in the system to display the results of the management dynamically, which canfurther improve the performance of the system.The network quality of service management system implemented in this paper, supports equipment configuration synchronization and audit, support the deployment oftasks. When the network overload or congestion occurs, it can ensure that importantbusiness will not be delay or discarded, while ensure the efficient operation of network.
