The Design And Implementation Of The National Oil-gas Database Management And Application System

"The construction of national oil-gas resources database" is a sub-project of the digital land project(Project No.:1211010750107).To fill the blank in the database management level of our country's oil-gas resources database,led by the ministry of land resources information center,responsible for the implementation to construct the national oil-gas database management and application system by the ministry of land oil-gas resources strategic research center.The system mainly provides information services for the ministries of land resources,oil companies,research institutions and the public etc.,This paper is about the design and implementation of the key fuctions of the national oil-gas database management and application system.The system used the entreprise application development model MVC (Model-View-Controller) as the development model.The model separated the development process into three levels to design and manage,and to improve the software's maintainability and reusability.It used the object-oriented database designing method which combining of object-oriented and database technology to design the database.It used people's understanding of the objective world adequately to analysis and design the database,and then to improve the operability of the database.It based on ETL(Extraction-Transformation-Loading) architecture to enhance the sustainability and robustness of the database.The system used visual modeling language UML,rational rose and visio modeling tools for the requirements analysis and design in the requirement stage.The system's development used visual studio 2008 as the develop tool,C# language as the coding language, based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture, service-oriented architecture) framework, based on ADO.NET, and used ArcGIS Engine for the secondary development of GIS, ArcSDE to access the database. The background database used Access2003 (data collecting stage) and Oracle 10g (system running stage). So it provided strong supportment for the stability and security of the system's database.The national oil-gas database management and application system was separated into three parts, database management and maintenance, data browsing and system applications,and information sharing and publishing. I was mainly responsible for the achievement of national oil-gas database inputting system, data navigation function, word documents automatically generated function, general report's printing and outputting function, the query results changed into map function, general data inputting function, attribute data uploaded function and data replacement function in the system development process. Oil-gas resources as an important strategic mineral and energy resources,therefore,the construction of oil-gas resources database is an indispensable part of "digital land". All links of oil-gas resources'investigation and evaluation of strategic, planning, management, protection and rational utilization, which are involved in massive data collection, processing, management and decision-making, and needs for the use of modern information technology urgently.So the development of the database management and application system,achieving the oil-gas resources information's collection, transmission, storage, processing and services' digital, network, visualization, and intelligent, strategic oil and gas resources and to comprehensive enhance the efficiency of research work.The system has achieved to intcrgrate and manage the multiple, heterogeneous organic national oil and gas data,full plays a role to the macro-control of national oil-gas resources, and it provides scientific data supporting for the country's future projections.Currently, the system has been submitted to run, and has been widely used. It has changed the embarrassing state that there was no comprehensive database management system of our country,begins to change the management level of our country's oil-gas resources database's lack and defect,and laying the foundation for development of database in the future.
