Research And Implementation Of Key Technology Of Secure File Sharing

The invention of computer brings us to an informalization era while the development of web bring us into a period of open information sharing. When IT and Web Technology provide people with more convenience, information security has become a big problem which affects the procedure of informalization. When data are transmitted in the web, they are easily blocked and modified, especially in the wireless environment. Against this backdrop, information security has developed into a special and compound discipline of which information security of data transmitting and sharing have become the important content. The security of file sharing, as a universally adopted information exchange method has drawn great attention from most people. However, currently, file sharing in the Windows OS is not very secure and various compatibility issues will arise when you read the shared file in different editions of Windows.This thesis primarily aims at achieving a safe and easy Windows file sharing solution. In this thesis, the universal security and file transmission technology are introduced. An IBE-PKI hybrid model is put forward, which replaces traditional PKI dual keys mechanism into identification-based keys mechanism. It is a new single certificate and double keys model. Compared with the traditional mechanism, it has two keys and simplifies the scheme of key distribution and trusteeship. Using this security model, the SFTP technology commonly used in Unix OS is improved into a novel file sharing technology, which is blended well into the Windows OS. Thus, a new Windows secure file sharing system is implemented.The secure file sharing system adopts the structure of multi-layer protocols, which are responsible for data encryption, ID authentication and file transmission. This structure makes the system more flexible and expandable and is easy to be combined with other well-rounded protocols. The system utilizes IBE, PKI, and other corresponding technologies to implement optimizing design. It supports a few authentication methods, such as digital certificate, IBE, password, etc, which satisfies different security requirements. In addition, the system also provides the encryption of offline sharing files through IBE.Secure file sharing system is a Windows desktop application program. In the aspect of operating interface realization, the user's operating experience and usage customs are fully considered. It is closely combined with the Windows explorer program, with which the access operation of secure file sharing is implemented. That is, the function of Windows explorer program is expanded. Secure file sharing system is not only a secure and dependable system, but also a simple and easy-to-use system. It can solve the file sharing problem well in Windows and ensure the security of the files, providing a feasible and secure file sharing scheme.
