Research And Implementation On Secure File Management

With the development of computer technology and network, many corporations have developed their business information system. At the same time, the amount of the files inside corporations is increasing rapidly. Most of the files are security, and these are often kept dispersedly in the cadres'computers. Some employees underestimate the importance of security, so the data is exposed directly to the threats from interior vicious employees.Based on the file security management solution system and key technologies, this paper gives a file secure management model in LAN, implements a management system RLFM (Role based and File Level File Management), then describes background and demand of the file security management, analyses the solutions of current file security management, gives an secure file management model in LAN based on the detailed analysis and RBAC model, and achieves a RLFM under the model. This paper gives strategy document tracking, mobile polling and media strategy management strategies in accordance with technical difficulties of file security management.This paper also gives the overall structure of the file security management model integrating document and technical difficulties. Then describes the functions of each module from server and client, and discusses the concrete realization of the modules in details. A detailed description of the identification document encryption, anti-copy documents, documents anti-Print server poll, client self-monitoring and other key technologies are all given in this paper.
