Power industry is one of China's basic industries, it not only plays an important role in people's daily lives, but also provides a strong guarantee of the rapid development of the national economy. Along with the development of the market economy and the deepening reform of the power companies, pursuing the maximization of corporate profits has become the primary goal of survival and development of the Power Plant. But here, we must ensure the safety and reliability of the electricity production process in Power Plant. How to improve the working efficiency of the employees, optimizing electricity production procedures, lower power production costs, has become to the key work of power generation enterprise. Under such circumstances, the traditional manual operation way cannot have satisfied of the Power Plant's growing demand, and its defects are also increasingly obvious. So. many power companies are carrying out the reform of management mode, trying to find a stable, efficient and convenient way for its development. With the rapid development of computer technology and its applications continues to expand, there is no doubt to brought the dawn for the power management mode of the enterprise reform. Many power companies have developed a number of information systems, such as SIS system. OA system, and so on. which play an important role in the electricity production process when they are putting into use, for they can fully play to the advantages of the information sharing, integrate of all aspects of electricity production data, improves the working efficiency of the employees, optimize the power production link, and simplify the workflow of the Power Plant. However, with the electric power business continues to expand, and the expanding of business scale, the needs of customers to the Power Plant information system is also growing, the electricity production management system change gradually from the previous single application to the integration, sharing, collaborative application which based on large-scale network. This system combines the MIS system. SIS system. EAM system. OA system, etc. and it can monitor all aspects of production and help the management and decision-making. The customers of the Power Plant put forward higher request for the usability, reliability, security, real-time, maintainability of the information system. But the growing software requirements and the increasingly complex software scale will lead to the costs of the development and maintenance dramatically expands, and the quality and the credible degree of the software system is difficult to meet customers'satisfaction degree. And it become the hotspot and focus of the study that how can develop the Power Plant information system software which can satisfy the customer demand at lower development and maintenance costs.The focus of this paper is that study and discussion the management and measurement methods of the credible evidence items of the MIS system, and the models and methods of the assessment of the gradable level for the MIS system. This paper is based on the projects-"The Development and Demonstration Projects of the High Confidence Development Environment of the Electricity Production Management System Based on Trustie Technology Platform" which is one of the National High Technology Research and Development Program 863, and use the MIS system of the Kang Ping Power Plant as its actual research background.This paper has do a thorough research for the applications of the Trustworthy software in the MIS system of the Power Plant, firstly, it given the definition of the credible level of the MIS system, and also discussed the six trustworthy attributes of the MIS system, such as usability, reliability, security, real-time, the ability to survive and maintainability. The credible degree of the MIS system can be reflected by the trustworthy attributes from different angles, and the metrics of the trustworthy attributes need one or more credible evidence's support. For the credibility of the software depends on the various stages of the various factors in the software lifecycle, so secondly the paper makes a detailed discussion of the method to get the credible evidence in the software lifecycle. Finally, we combine some of the standard of the electric power industry, through on-the-spot investigation and scientific demonstration, we divide the six credible attribute into ninety-one credible evidence item, and discussed in great detail for the method and the formula of the measurement in every credible evidence. And on this basis, the paper do a thorough study on the credibility of the reusable component, and established the credible evaluation model of the reusable component which can used to the measurement of the credible level of the reusable component which has been completed. It's very important to make sure every reusable component have a high credibility in the component library so that it can be directly used in the integration and assembly of the MIS system.The development of the MIS system of the Kang Ping Power Plant is based on reusable component. This paper introduces the developing process of the MIS system based on reusable component briefly, and also makes a simple explanation for the component libraries model of the MIS system, and then list some operation screenshots of the MIS system. The paper collect credible evidence form the whole life cycle of the MIS system according to the standardized management of the credible evidence of the electric power industry, and finally the paper do a credible evaluation for the MIS system via credible evaluation tool which based on the grade evaluation model, and the evaluation result is expected to reach the target-the practical level.There is a important practical significance to make a credible assessment on the MIS system of the Power Plant, it can make sure the MIS system to have high confidence, and good availability, reliability, maintainability and so on. As a high confidence software, the MIS system is a important guarantee for the safe production and reliable operation of the Power Plant, and it can make the daily work of the Power Plant standardization and scientific, in addition it can strengthen the cooperation and communication among different departments and monitor all aspects of the production, simplify the work process, improve work efficiency, optimize the production process and reduce the production cost, and provide an important basis for management personnel to make production decision.
