Improvement Study N JLSH ERP-mode Of Operation Management

As an important means of transforming company development mode, informationization is an integral part of enterprises'scientific management. To a typical modern large-scale comprehensive petrochemical enterprise with a long industrial chain, informationization plays an extremely important role in its main business development, expansion, strengthening centralized management and control, and overall operation and management level improvement.Being a branch (member) of CNPC group, JLSH Refining has always been paying close attention to scientization of management via informationization. JLSH is taking the lead in applying ERP system in Chinese petroleum refining industry. Established a business process-oriented management mode, enhanced integration of procurement, production, sales, finance and stock, all of these lead to the integration of logistics, cash flow, and information flow ,improving business operation and reduce the group internal operation risks at the same time .With the ERP system application, how to get the most out it to further the scientization and standardization of enterprise management is a key issue, which is crucial to petrochemical enterprises to promote and apply the ERP system in future.Enterprise informationization will typically go through three phases: 1.Each branch (subsidiary) establishes its own information system; 2. The group headquarter establishes a centralized information system which covers and controls all the branches'independent systems; 3. Upgrade the centralized information system accordingly as per the enterprise business operation development.Basing on the JLSH ERP-mode production and management ,this paper will make a study of established centralized information systems, following the three-step of current situation , namely current situation of IT development ,the development trend and difference analysis , and general planning, to analyze and study the IT solutions for JLSH ERP-mode production and operation, management and decision-making to build a large-scale ,widely-ranged database sharing ,advanced and more powerful system to strengthen the centralized management control and to lower the cost. Not only improving the enterprise operation management dramatically, this provides a useful reference to our petrochemical peers too.The second chapter mainly discussed the existing problem in JLSH ERP-mode of operation and management and analyzed the causes in details. The third chapter proposed solutions to integration of informationization and process-remaking, business application-oriented integrated information system, and the integration of automation and information .The JLSH general operation management and control will be improved fundamentally and brings a better economic indicator.This paper provides other petrochemical enterprises good reference in their operation management too.
