The Design and Implementation of the Video Surveillance System of the Urban House Demolition SiteSince China's reform and opening-up policy, there's rapid development of the social economy, with the improving standards of people's life. To meet people's growing needs of both material & culture, the Government should have to develop the high-tech, the information industrialization in order to serve the people better. In this situation, in order to make the information technology dissolving in the house demolition rapidly, we here propose such a topic as the"Design and Implementation of the Visualization System of the Urban House Demolition Site".The Real Right Law of the People's Republic of China is in accordance with the Constitution Law, the present Law is enacted with a view to maintaining the basic economic system of the state, protecting the socialist market economic order, clearly defining the attribution of the res, bringing into play the utilities of the res and safeguarding the real right of the right holder. The release of the Real Right Law makes the former way of the urban house demolition much more behind the new rules, even not suitable for the today's situation. In this case, it's really needs the change of the existing way to serve the people better. Moreover, the use of the visualization system of the urban house demolition is the technical support of the new house demolition rules.Since entering the 21st century, the information technology updating & developing everyday. New technologies & new methods are changing rapidly & continuously. This is an era of knowledge explosion, it is precisely because of the growing & perfection of the information technology such as computer multimedia technology & network transmission technology, people could stay indoors for shopping, charting and making friends. It has brought the unprecedented change to human lives. Following the development of the new technologies, the Visualization System has obtained more and more attention by the majority of users. Under the applications in monitoring technology, it has been away from the old method as the analog signal and the closed-circuit system. Instead of it, are the new mode as digital signal and remote monitoring. It goes without saying that there's many advantages. It makes the storage of the surveillance information more convenient, in favor of the locating, playbacking of the video data, also it could make the person who is far away to see the real-time screen. The technological progress can really bring the human a marvel.According to the actual demolition site problems and the need of cross-LAN, Multi-client real-time transmission, also as for the use of Visualization System, this system adopt VC++6.0 to implement by C/S architecture. For network transmission, this research use the IP multicast as the video monitor. The existing visualization system adopt the way of broadcasting, although the transform speed is high than the unicast, but with high waste of the network bandwidth, also it cannot achieve the cross-LAN. However, our system adopt the multicast tech., making the network bandwidth optimizing. In order to use multicast for real-time data transmission, the system uses the socket network programming and multithreaded programming, this make the normal monitoring works without effecting anything and sending the real-time video data to remote client to achieve the expected results. Meanwhile, the function of the system design uses modularization idea specify the Video capture, compression, photographs, video and other functions. Also through this system, it allows the remote monitoring control of the client to let the client not only see the screen. To achieve this function, we design two communication channels: one is connection control for multicast another for monitoring data transmission. As for the network transmission characteristics, our system has two different communication protocols for the two channels. To ensure the reliability of the connection, connection part of the multicast group using the TCP protocol. To achieve the efficient data transmission, monitoring data transmission part using the UDP protocol. In order to ensure the monitoring video's orderliness and on time, we add RTP/RTCP protocol into the UDP part, to ensure the reliability of monitoring data.The design of this system is an exploration of new methods of house demolition, in favor of the house demolition work with the practical significance.
