Research On Service Integration Architecture Of Railway Foundational Information Resources Platform

In recent years, to effectively solve the existence of the innovative technology development in support of the weak conditions and dispersed duplication of resources and other issues, and comprehensively improve China's independent innovation capability, and accelerate the construction of national innovation system, Science and Technology and Ministry of Finance officially launched the 2005 National Technology Infrastructure work. Science and Technology has organized and implemented directly technology based resource platform for Transport sector, civil aviation, highways, waterways, railways and other areas of the industry being fully integrated into the platform, and ultimately causing the system to span too large to achieve the integration of existing information resources,leading to a single form of information resources. The platform only certained broad areas of content through the brief description and has a incomplete knowledge framework. Disciplinary field of rail transportation with Subject distinctive characteristics and strong systemic characteristics compared to several other modes of transport has obvious independence. Meanwhile, in the constant construction and development accumulate a large number of scattered static and dynamic data resources. Therefore, building the information resources integration platform for the field of rail transportation is able to fully embody systematic, scientific and integrity of the theory of the railway industry.Of this paper, in response to this demand, we described the application status for based information resource integration platform, and focusly analyzed the distribution of rail transport infrastructure of information resources, and rationalize the attribution of responsibilities between based information resources, and reduce the difficultyof the integration of based information resources.Secondly, on the basis of a clear demand of platform,, through systematic studying the theory of the ontology, service oriented architecture, Web Service and service integration, the paper designs and implements the architecture features and the general construction mode of integration platform with personalized service capabilities, integrated multi-disciplinary field of based information resources theoretical guided by SOA and on the basic of Web Services with BPEL and other technology.Finally, it is the development of information resource platform prototype system based on service integration. Applying rail transport infrastructure of information and decision support platform for the project background, and using software engineering methods, to analyze the overall system of physical architecture, application logic architecture, designed the service integration model, and ultimately achieved the system prototype, and analyze the results of system implementation.The service integration architecture of railway foundational information resources platform can be used in other similar technical areas which consist of several major fields; it has reference significance to the research on based on service-oriented integration of information resources...
