According to an analysis of the strategy management of famous Yomiuri Shimbun Group Company in Japan, this has an enormous media industry, the present essay investigate a number of problems that developed and expanded process, the distillation and change of the management strategy. Furthermore, by the conclusion of the hundreds year history of Yomiuri Shimbun Group Company development, the characteristics of career formula, graphics design, publication and delivery are researched out. Each graphics and columns are investigated in present essay.
