Integrating with the Enterprise internal management activities,customer demand,as well as the plan of suppliers ( Resources of Enterprise resource Planning ,ERP) ,it has been more and more enterprises as a whole Enterprise core competitiveness of improving powerful tools. ERP to enterprises in the successful implementation of the entire enterprise is the systematic management and to improve the efficiency of management of the informatization of the most effective ways,but both in economy developed western countries or China,enterprise implement ERP project success rate generally is not high. Enterprises,effectively implemented ERP project is a very complicated system engineering,ERP project implementation success lies in hard to the root of the implementation process of dynamic complexity. However,the traditional project management theory,methods and tools are not effective response now enterprises in the ERP project dynamic and complex. The aim of this paper is in our country enterprise's specific circumstances,comprehensive related experts and scholars research results, the introduction of system dynamic theory research enterprise in implementing ERP project risk factors in the process of the problem.Firstly,This paper analyse the ERP project implementation's risk factors of characteristics,analyzed the our country enterprise's ERP implementation of the present situation and the question,derivation this research aim and main content。Second, analysed influence of the ERP project implementation of enterprise internal risk factors and external risk factors。The third chapter presents the system dynamics 's basic theory and research method, it illustrates the main content of causality ,laid a foundation for the system dynamics to apply ERP project risk factors,And us studied Vensim software according to the system dynamics modeling requirement,In the fourth chapter, using the viewpoints of system dynamics analysis and obtainedthe the internal causality when implementing ERP internal and external risk factors,Finally,the paper research conclusion,Discusses system dynamics to enhance our country's enterprises implement ERP success rate and effective circumvent relevant risks of instruction meaning,And points out this thesis's limitations and future direction.
