In recent years,wavefront detection technique and its application in adaptive optics and coherent diffraction imaging was received much attention. They have done a lot of meaningful research works, developed some new real-time sensor for wavefront and successfully applied in area of inertial confinement fusion,atmospheric laser transmission correction and eye retina imaging。Wavefront information includes phase information and Amplitude information. Amplitude information is proportional to the intensity.The phase is determined by the shape of wavefront. All of the recording media only records the intensity. A key question in modern optics is how to recover the phase information of wavefront from its diffraction pattern. Because the universality of wave motion phase detection is not only involved in optics, but also in many other research fields of physics. Especially with the development of the phase recovery and lenless diffraction imaging in the wavelength extreme ultraviolet X-ray, the phase recovery technology suitable for different applications and wavelength has become A frontier and hot research content in this research field.There are many phase recovery method in history , Such as holographic method, Shark - hartmann wavefront sensor. But these methods either need a lot of calculation process, or need special constraints,it has great limitations in dynamic real-time detectionIn this paper, the following two aspects works were doing :1.Briefly introduced the wavefront detecting technology, Summarizes the development history of wavefront detection technology and its research status.2. Severa kinds of typical phase recovery or wavefront detection methods being introduced in this paper. Mainly introduces the recovery system base on sampling,just like Shark-Hartman Sensor,the recovery system base on entire function and noniterative Etc.3. Systematically introduces the principle of the wavefront detecting system based on convolution-solvable sampling array. Reconstruction of the two dimensional objects and the phase object by the wavefront detecting system.And prove the feasibility of application of in X-ray. Demonstrated the feasibility by experimental.4. Analysis the influencing factor for wavefront detection system,and research that by computer simulation and experimental by design multiple CCD aperture and array aperture. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show only when the edge of recorded CCD aperture is located just off the edge of the minimal value of the diffraction profile position through a sampling pinhole, produced high-quality image .The results of this study to further study and improve on the wavefront detection system provides a theoretical basis.
