Report is a very important part of the modern Call Center system. It is mainly used for statistics and display of system work efficiency and business evaluation. As the report of the Call Center is paid close attention of, it requires flexible and diverse reports. However, the traditional Call Center only provides general reports of several fixed formats, which is increasingly unable to meet the growing and changing needs.In this paper, the general application problem of the technology of data warehouse and ETL is firstly analyzed. And according to the actual needs of report in Call Center, a customizable system solution of ETL is provided. The system designs a universal template and gives a template constructing method, base on which, the data storage model is designed. It completes the design and implementation of a customizable report system, including the storage of a typical large-scale data processing, configuration and management mechanism. Also it covers intelligent data extraction, transformation, loading, as well as the report generation.In this paper, the solution of designing report system is very common and intelligent. The statistic units of template are basis of the reports. With the units, users can integrate it together to constitute the demand solution, which can meet any need. The system can reduce the development of the report system and the latter works to maintain with high flexibility and norms.
