The rapid development of information-based military equipment puts forward higher demands for the advanced manufacture of weapon equipment. Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the mainstream technology in the electronic circuit industry. Flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) is a key research direction of the integrated enterprise information. There is no report about a complete MES system based on electronic circuit.Based on the research of Flexible Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution Systems and Surface Mount Technology are researched, a system framework of variable batch flexible manufacturing application platform for electronic circuit has been designed in this paper, and then solving thoughts are proposed according to the analysis on its key technologies. This research is a very useful attempt for the field of electronic circuit. Depend on the subsystem of dynamic simulation and detection for the production of SMT and the analysis on its key technologies, a solution is put forward, which has a lot of practical significance for improving DFM ability and standardizing the design document and decreasing the failure of design and promoting the efficiency of production. By referencing the mainstream standard of data exchange, a unified form of EDA document is designed, which meets the system's requirements, so the method of data sharing becomes easier. Two models in this subsystem have been designed and realized in this paper, which are the module of isomorphism conversion for EDA design of heterogeneous data and the module of pre-production data preparation for surface mounting machine. The former enforced the compatibility of the system and the latter improved the efficiency of the data preparation for pre-production to 70 percent.The application platform has a wide knowledge area. Development of the system itself is a continuous research and development process. The scheduling optimization research and implementation, the improvement of the efficiency of the simulation in the simulation system, those all are the direction of further study.
