Research On Personalized Information Service System Model In Digital Library Of The University Based On Multi-Agent

Faced up with massive information resources of Digital Library, it is increasingly difficult to obtain the information they need. We must solve the problems with service capability and quality of Digital Library, using existing information technology to provide users with personalized service and enabling them to find information they need in a very short period of time. Intelligent Agent technology is currently in the hot personalized service and cutting-edge, it has anthropomorphic features to help users from the heterogeneous information sources of Digital Library to find the information they need, because of its nature and intelligence features can resolve "information gap" problem which is produced as users searching for information in ability is different. This article introduces Intelligent Agent to Digital Library, establish personalized information service system model Based on university Digital Library to improve the situation user difficultly accesses to university resources.This article firstly describes concepts, properties and applications of Intelligent Agent, also introduces concepts and supporting technologies of personalized information services about Digital libraries, and then introduces concepts and classifications of ontology, domain ontology modeling primitives and user model'definitions and classifications. On this basis, combined with the specific situation of university Digital Library, this article presents personalized information service system model Based on university Digital Library, makes an elaboration to each module of the model, and analyzes the workflow system model implements; In addition, this article makes in-depth analysis and research to user interest model in the framework, introduces ontology to establish user ontology model, make a formal representation to user ontology model and describes in detail the process and related issues of modeling the user ontology.In this thesis, personalized information service system model in university Digital Library of the university based on Multi-Agent and user ontology model are proposed to improve quality and level of digital library information service, But this article does not build a prototype system which can be run to validate the proposed model, so its implementation also needs further study.
