With the development of communications, frequency resources become increasingly valuable. Spread spectrum techniques are effective methods to save spectrum resources and improve efficiency. In this thesis, spread spectrum microwave communication principles, characteristics, and research status is discussed, the importance of RF tests is illustrated. Main RF parameters and testing methods is analyzed and described in detail. Furthermore principles and performances of test instruments are systematic analyzed. And then, typical parameters measurement uncertainty is assessed.The test methods introduced in the thesis made fully use of existing resources, and low in cost compared to import instruments, it's practical and suitable for the third-party laboratories and equipment manufacturers. |
