A Design And Implementation Of Network Security Management System For General Purpose

With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, the whole world is integrating quickly and computer network has become the basis of the economy and lifeline of the country. Along with development of network society and extension of Internet, network security has been very concerned about, and security management for network system in open network environment has become more and more important and imminent. So, designing a network security management system safely and effectively for general purpose is becoming a very important research task.Based on general knowledge of network security and network security management, and according to requirements of designing network security management system(NSMP), a design and implementation of network security management system for general purpose is proposed in this paper. First of all, a detail introduction of architecture in this kind of NSMP is shown, including designing purpose, principle, development and implementation. Then, the security mechanism of this NSMP, called secure gateway is designed in hardware. In the design of this secure gateway, all the development details and functions are discussed. After that, the main function description of this NSMP is shown, including authentication, access control, attack detection, secure monitoring and management.Research of this topic, which follows the development trend of network and information security, can be used in internal network of universities and enterprises. Being the security management system, it will have a broad prospect on the market.
