As the promotion of people's awareness to the software testing importance ,There aperears many software of bug tracking and management.Those softwares could help project team to store and manage amount of bug data,however these data would predict the tends of bugs and quality if they have been given a further process and analysis.These prdetictions could help the manager to give a adjustment to the project so that he could avoid the project delay can't be controlled.Based on the foundation of the functional requirements, a practical system are designed and implemented for bugs analysis and quality measurement. According to the logic and the actual business needs the system framework, database and function modules are designed. In the process of system implementation, we propose Markov model to predict development of bugs, Gaussian distribution model to forecast trends in software bugs , and the algorithm of Bayesian network to software algorithm to predict availability for software .All of that ensure the correctness and reliability of this system. After testing, the system met the design requirements.in respect of function and performance.At present, the system still depends on some other systems for bugs management .In the future this system will incorporate the management of bugs in it, it will be more conducive to data analysis.
