Design And Implementation Of Aeronautical Product R & D Collaboration System Based On Windchill

The integration of various application or systems has been more important than before along with the use of various software in the enterprise.Because a problem must be solved,How to get and manage the informations during the process of Product R&D.In this paper,We completed a Aeronautical Product R&D Collaboration System.Based on the business-analysis,the system made a mechanism for Sharing product information in several information systems.The work plan in the project management system can be send to PDM,and product information in the PDM can be send to the BOM management system Additionally,the system provides some functions for the whole process of Aeronautical Product R&D.Next is the work content in this paper:1.Using methods of UML,some use cases are completed as the result of requirements analysis.2.System design could be completed based on the use cases of requirements analysis. It described the development tasks including the business/process logic design, UI design, integration interfaces and access control rules.3.According to the system design requirements, we have completed the program development tasks, programmed and carried out system test verification by using the appropriate tools. Finally, the application deployment system is completed successfully.The system can share information among project management system, PDM system and BOM management system, and expand the management of documents, forms and workflow. It effectively supports the collaboration and integration of product development business. Though the clear design framework, the system reduces the coupling of business process. The system achieves a transparent flow of information and can be used flexibly and simply. It meets not only the current business needs, but also the further expansion of related businesses provided an effective way to achieve.This system is not related to manufacturing business processes. The following work will include the integration of CAPP, exchange information between product data and process data. At last, we will find some way to exchange information between this system and ERP or MES. So, the overall business will be integrated as a whole system.
