In the 21st century, with the laser technology, precision measurement of grating manufacturing technology, computer technology and image acquisition and processing technology, the rapid development, has begun to apply them to high-precision measurement, and the formation of a new measurement technology - image processing technique. Image measurement technology as a new non-contact measurement method has unique advantages, it adopted the image of the measured object detection and transmission of information as a means of extracting useful information from the image and then get tested parameters. The production of optoelectronic devices and the popularity of video image processing technique to make it possible, in particular, charge-coupled device (CCD) technology, to further promote the image formation and development of measurement techniques.In the background of gun powder chamber measurement system, the paper grasps the meaning of the same image processing technique. The image measurement technology in some of the details of the technical problems have been studied and summarized, which is the CCD camera calibration, the calibration method based on the traditional described in detail calibration method in this paper, the first collection of special imaging condition to the special non-linear patterns such as the grid image distortion correction, calibration parameters and then applied to the actual measurement system, simulation results show that this method is simple and reliable, well distortion of imaging system calibration error.
