The purpose of this paper is to measure relevant parameters of the planar slot antenna, which provides reference for the further analysis of antenna. According to the structure characteristics of the planar slot antenna, the method of non-contact measurement is adopted.Firstly, the slot parameters of antenna are measured based on the scanning image of planar slot antenna. Through various preprocessing for the antenna image, such as denoising, edge detection and binaryzation, the edge is located to pixel, then three different subpixel algorithms are used at the certain edge point to achieve high precision measurement.Secondly, the parameters of waveguide are measured. For the noise characteristics of the waveguide image, the method of experience template is put forward to denoise after preprocessing, which realizes the rough edge location, and good measurement results are achieved through subpixel algorithms.Finally, the measurement errors are analyzed and the software prototype is introduced. The analysis of the error and precision to the measurement results shows that the measurement method is reasonable and feasible.This article achieves the non-contact measurement of the planar slot antenna through image processing technology. The measurement accuracy is also improved according to the subpixel algorithms.which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
