Online education as a new mode of education, has been rapid development at home and abroad in recent years. Modern network education as a computer network technology and multimedia products of the rapid development of technology, not only become a useful supplement to traditional teaching in many universities, but also has become the main school teaching in the present society.Use of network flexibility, openness, breadth, timeliness advantages, the establishment of a network-based digital interactive learning platforms and streaming media technology, the establishment of digital interactive learning platform based on Internet and streaming media technology, it can be made between learners, teachers and students have more diverse ways and means of communication, it can be voice, video, real-time communication, can also be by mail, BBS and other ways to communicate asynchronously; either by streaming media courseware for learning to learn can also check online test learning.This article goal is to fully utilize existing network hardware and software resources, combined with the latest WEB programming technology, and Liaocheng University, School of Physics Science and Information Engineering Course Website construction requirements, establish an interactive, open, easy to use common network platform to facilitate the use and exchange of various users.The system uses the standard C/S mode, using Access large database systems, application ASP, Java, MySql5.0, ActiveX, Dream weaver MX, Visual Stiduo6.0, HTML and XML and other common development tools make the site software. The system is modular, distributed system design building systems, using a common server configuration form a network, through the HTTP and the RSTP protocol layers to provide the results to the customer.The system implements the client browser through the web site system, to achieve online learning, background management, live, online testing, interactive communication etc. applications. The introduction of distributed systems management solutions, support for server clustering, through the unified management of data center teaching resources, teaching resources to achieve a share in the server.This article innovation in the following points: (1)Courses online learning modules. We implements the on-demand streaming media courseware. Students can select the required courses, on-demand courseware required.(2) Live classroom module. We use S3C2440, CMOS camera with a simple design based on streaming media live audio and video.(3) On-line test module (Test System). We use JAVA programming technology and database programming combined with MySql5.0 built a client/server applications, achieved the same LAN multiplayer online exam.(4) Online interactive learning modules.We have to use streaming media-related technologies (such as P2P technology), achieved more than a software-based JMF audio and video online interactive learning platform.(5) Admin module. We use Dream weaver, ASP, IIS and other development tools, design a background of teaching resources management platform to achieve a variety of courseware resources, upload, download and manage it.The system combines online courses, live classroom live, online testing, online interactive learning, backstage management, answering feedback and other functions in one, form a complete digital interactive learning platform.
