Based on the campus network which has been completed and put into use, the Campus Card System(CCS) of Weihai Vocational College is a system engineering to be constructed for building a digital campus. There are many problems in current system because of the different systems established by various departments. Such as:1.It's hard for them to keep their application systems remaining compatible and ensure the rational resource allocation and sharing, resulting from the different techniques and specifications they adopted.2.Many cards held by staff and students have to be used separately.3.Finance department failed to unify the management of college finance, fund settlement and related financial services.4.Card users can't pay by card in school, neither can borrow books and identify authentication. And it is impossible for them to share the school information with one card, such as tuition payment, academic management and school enrollment management.Based on the actual situation of Weihai Vocational College, combined with the development of the situation at home and abroad made card on campus, "One Card" system throughout the building.
