Any medical equipment is not sold directly to the final client from producing company but by hospital, drug store and doctor. So, to the sale management of any medical equipment company, what needs to be cared about is not only saleroom but mostly is sale process, sale area, product and cost and so on, but many of these information is hard to be quantized. To many companies, how to manage products, area, process and cost under such condition to control input and output of sale is becoming a challenging topic. So my company decides to develop medical equipment sale management system to improve the sale efficiency of our company.This paper researches the important problem in the management of medical equipment sale management from its current situation in our country. And it puts up with the core work of sale management system of medical equipment. In technology, B/S system tri-layer frame, J2EE frame are adopted, which can be achieved by MVC2 module.This system analyses the need of medical equipment sale management systematically according to its function. The paper introduces the realization of medical equipment sale procurement register, sale management, stock control, dealing management and basic setting in detail, which is on account of, function of medical equipment sale management. The system realizes the whole function of medical equipment sale management, from its goods in management to sale management, realizes the management of medical equipment goods in, sale, returned goods. Through basic setting, the clients can check medical equipment information, client information and supplier information at any time in any place, the goods in information can be managed by procurement register and return, and we can also use medical equipment retail and its return, wholesale to realize sale management, and we can realize the information management of medical equipment stock, check and register, check table, overstock and overstock remind.The application of medical equipment sale management system makes the stock management, dealing management, goods in more convenient and process clearer. We can use medical equipment sale management system to feedback and lead its information, ensure prompt implement of sale work and improve the business efficiency of equipment sale management.
