The computer simulation technology for many years is mainly applied to military field, with the development of computer simulation technology, now, more and more applications in other fields. In the field of higher education in China, relative to the the rapid development of higher education scale, the increase in teaching resources are limited, that caused serious shortage of teaching resources of the average, along with the development of technology, the traditional teaching mode of chalk and blackboard received enormous impact, in order to improve the teaching quality, adapt to the social development, applys the computer simulation technology to education field has gradually become a hotspot and trends, under this background, This article has conducted the preliminary study and the exploration to the development of power electronic simulation platform.In order to develop a power electronic simulation platform that satisfy the demand, choose appropriate algorithm is the foundation of success. Various power electronic devices in the power electronic circuits are nonlinear, thus causing the power electronic circuits with nonlinear properties. When each variable of the power electronic circuits is cyclical change, within each cycle, each parameter of the circuit is changed repeatedly, so in a key analysis of one cycle among them can realize the analysis of the working condition of the circuit. While analyzing the power electronic circuits, devices can be idealized, so as to realize the idealized circuit simplified in time by several segments of the linear circuits, and then to each period of linear circuit is analyzed and calculated.In the digital computer simulation of continuous systems, because number value and time of the digital computer are dispersed, the number value and time of the system that being simulated are continuous, so need to analyze modeling to the circuit, with the circuit analysis and simulation method, set up mathematical description of each stage of the circuit, using suitable algorithm of numerical integration, transform differential equation into difference equation,and then get the voltage and current of the circuit through the iterative calculation.The platform of the power electronic simulation developed by this text, has consulted at present materials of cartoon,experimental facilities for power electronic simulation,main power electronic circuit simulation of the work, do calculation according to the circuit and the parameters that the user selected and set, and export the simulation results in two kinds of forms with figures and files to reveal. In this simulation platform, has already prepared the commonly examples of power electronic converter in this course of power electronic technology, the user can carry on emulation as doing the experiment just by choosing the power electronic circuit examples in power electronic simulation platform screen. This simulation platform is simple, intuitive interface image, with man-machine interactions, the simulation results exports and reveals humanization. As the simulation platform used in classroom teaching, teachers do not need to draw a picture on the blackboard bare-handed with the chalk while having a class, the commonly used projector withdraws from the classroom too the past, the oscillogram that the simulation software outputs is accurate and lifelike, and a large number of time that save give teacher explain with students understanding, greatly facilitate teaching work, improve the teaching effect. Because the software that develop platform take resource to be little, students can take the simulation software copies with mobile storage devices convenient after class, or download at any time from the network that is uploaded by the teacher, and it's fast response, the simulation results, the differences of visual image circuit and practical circuit are very small, simulation results reveal ocularly, and employ interfaces to isolate the user and software development technology, the user needn't know every function of developing simulation platform of use that the procedure can be convenient. The electronic simulation platform based on Visual C++ development can be used conveniently without installing other playout software. Students can learn in extra-curricular, through debugging each parameter of the circuit repeatedly, observe the influence that the parameter change causes to the simulation results of the circuit, the further understanding of the impact of power electronic technology in the course of power electronic devices and basic transform circuit physical properties.This text explained the realization power electronic simulation platform based on VC for example of "Buck chopper converter circuit", and using the interface for example simulation experiments, has carried on the theory to analyze to the simulation result of the experiment, verify the simulation result,and compare the experimental result with PSIM artificial result.the result is identical, so we can get: simulation platform is friendly interface, easy to use, and the accuracy is better.
