Micro-cosmic morphology measurement is a main technical means to understand thesurface structure and assess the surface quality. With the development of computer technologyand optical technology, vision-based three-dimensional shape measurement research has beenrapid progress, with non-contact, high measurement speed, high accuracy, easy-to-the-linecomputer control to achieve automatic detection, etc. People have done a lot of in-depth researchon it and have made a lot of results under laboratory conditions, but in engineering practice andindustrial applications remains to be further studied. In this paper, with the developmentpractices of morphology measurement system of road, I have done depth research on keytechnologies such as three-dimensional laser detection system in the visual system modeling,camera calibration, image feature extraction analysis, edge detection and three-dimensionalreconstruction involved in this project.First I made depth analysis and comparison of the structured light measurement principleand binocular stereo vision imaging principle; it was to study the visual measurement systemmodel and modeling methods. Constructed based on triangulation principle of measurement oflinear structured light sensor system, dual-camera imaging model, measured through theintegration of a specific match points binocular camera technology, design a simple, quick accessto information under test Surface Laser Vision Measuring System . Secondly, by analysis thesubject of camera calibration targets 2D planar method, I have made a laser vision measurementsystem calibration model, and proposed a project to solve visual scanning laser measurementparameters can not be calibrated three-dimensional problem, target positioning system and adjustthe three-dimensional modeling in the same scan plane coplanar Targeting Sensor parametercalibration. This calibration method can quickly demarcate the inside and outside parameters ofthe camera calibration to make the calibration system simple with good reliability. Then use theCCD camera to capture gray images of the surface, through preprocessing, image featureanalysis and extraction of the gray image, surface fitting algorithm based on completion of theimage sub-pixel edge detection, corner analysis and processing to restore real information of thesurface. Using the wavelet transform method to calculate the object surface's three dimensionalmicroscopic coordinate, proposed a superficial micro-cosmic morphology reconstruction method.Finally, experimental results show that the three-dimensional microstructure of laser visioninspection system has small absolute error, and has good practical value.
