ABSTRACT:With the commercially application of WCDMA/HSPA, and the deep research on LTE relative technologies, the coexistence of HSPA and LTE will last for a long time. Thus, the deep research on dual-system coexistence interference is very important.In this paper, LTE/HSDPA principle and inter-system interference is analyzed firstly. The single system performance of LTE and HSDPA is simulated according to simulation steps and parameters setting from 3GPP TR 25.946 and 3GPP TR 36.942, etc. Then, dual-system coexistence interference simulation between HSDPA and LTE downlink is performed. From the Dual-system simulation performance,in the co-site case, users will suffer less performance loss, especially for those at the edge of cell. Moreover, the co-site scenario is benefit for saving cost and the ratio of device usage improvement. Lastly, the paper presented a reasonable proposal for coexistence system on geographical offset in order to improve the throughput, and provided frequency planning and method. |
